My Fitness Boutique makes it simple to find a group fitness class that works with your personal workout goals. Whether you’re looking for an overall fitness experience or specific types of classes, you’ll find the My Fitness Boutique schedule provides a positive, motivated environment to help you stay on track with your fitness routine.

Class Overview

My Fitness Boutique specialises in PAYG group exercise classes only. They're targeted at small groups of up to 16 people maximum working out, enjoying fitness classes and getting in the best shape of their lives. All My Fitness Boutique classes are simply pay per class; no membership fees or contracts to sign. Our group exercise classes are designed to help you reach your own personal fitness goals in a fun and energising environment. Here is selection of some of our classes (note we constantly change the timetable so always check and book on line!).

 

Total Body Conditioning. An all over body workout designed to sculpt & firm your body, improve your core stability (abdominal & back muscles) & cardiovascular fitness. To achieve your new body you will use free- weights resistant tube, fitness balls & your own body. Suitable for both male . & female of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Cardio Jam a high-energy, fat-burning class consists of easy to follow exciting aerobics routines to uplifting music. This makes it easy for you to enjoy lots of cardio fun whilst burning calories and increasing your fitness level.  Cardio Jam will give you the benefits of cardiovascular exercise whilst improving your co-ordination.  Be assured of two things - firstly, you will sweat in this class! And secondly, you will leave the class with great satisfaction of an exceptional workout. Cardio Jam is a welcoming and fun class suitable for all ages and abilities.

Core Cardio is designed to compliment Abb Attack, after working your abbs why not finish with a core fat burn session! A mixture of exercises to flatten and shape the stomach area in a friendly all inclusive class. Come by and see how this class can really benefit your body.

MFB Pump is a great 45 minute class. Using a combination of weights, calisthenics and a cardio circuits you'll be pushed to your limit, while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Are you tough enough? After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a much needed cool-down and stretch. Get serious in this no-nonsense MFB Pump training class that focuses on form, muscle conditioning and endurance. See you soon!

Spinning Classes. My Fitness Boutique has a great range of Spinning classes combine authentic spinning exercises with great upbeat encouragement from our qualified and experienced instructors combined with great music to create challenging combined workouts for all fitness levels.

Zumba Classes. A heady combination of high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations so you can dance away your worries. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be easy, fun, effective and healthy. Zumba Dance! is a great feel happy workout that is ideal for both your mind and body. Zumba combines a fusion of Latin and International music - classic dance themes that merge together for dynamic, exciting, effective fitness! The MFB Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba exploits the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training. Using this method the class maximises caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Boxercise Classes. This total-body conditioning boxing class incorporating punches as well as athletic drills designed to get you ready for the ring. See Boxercise Classes

Muay Thai (Kick Boxing). For a great high-intensity full body workout, these classes incorporate a broad range of punches and athletic exercises. See Kick Boxing Classes
