· Mondays 6:45am – 7.45am
· Sundays 10:00am – 11.00am
Every 60 min session comprises of:
· 30 minutes of cardio then 15 minutes of toning
· 15 minutes of a surprise bonus

· Every session has different music, different exercises and a different vibe
· Fun, fresh, pumping music –different tracks every session!
Cardio exercises include:
Spin, Step, Running, Circuits, General Cardio, Aerobic Steps and Dance Style moves
Toning exercises include:
Squats, Lunges, Sit ups, Burpies, Leg Exercises, Press ups and Balance Poses
We will work on all of the ladies problem areas focusing on different parts on every class including; Bums, Legs, Abs and Arms.
