Aerobics classes are not just the old fad of the 1980s. Even after these many years, traditional aerobics classes and step aerobics classes are still popular and effective ways to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. In any of our aerobics classes, expect to burn 300 – 600 calories*. They provide a fun and truly exciting way to boost your energy while moving (in time we hope) to the pumping beat. *Actual calories burned depend on individual body parameters.

Abb Attack

Abb Attack. This 100% mat based class is designed to strengthen and tone your abbs. Its an ideal class for new comers as well as advanced. Come along and tone those abbs in a friendly inclusive fun class!

Boxercise
Boxercise follows the same fitness methods employed in boxing as closely as possible, whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and excercise. This great exercise class offers a new variety of movement, covering all aspects of activity; aerobic and anaerobic. The class allows you to develop skills including; hand-eye coordination, balance, timing and technique. Boxercise works all major muscle groups, it enhances your range of movement and is suitable for all sexes, all ages and levels of ability. Finally, Boxercise is a great stress buster and yes its great fun!

Carly's Cardio Burn
A great cardio workout certain to kick start your Saturday morning! Let Carly show you how with high impact, simple aerobic routines along with high energy, modern music to the get heart rate up and start burning those calories. This is followed by a conditioning session to target your whole body. Carly's Cardio Burn exercises will change from week to week to keep things fresh and challenging. Expect lots of lunges, squats and free weights work. Be prepared to be worked hard and you'll see the results fast!

Core Cardio
CardioBoost - a mix of high and low intensity choreographed moves aimed to challenge your body and brain. Get ready and set to boost your heart rate and your calorie burning potential in great fun way and get fit! Lots of cool moves involving simple choreography to music.

Cardio Jam
This high-energy, fat-burning class consists of easy to follow exciting aerobics routines to uplifting music. This makes it easy for you to enjoy lots of cardio fun whilst burning calories and increasing your fitness level.  Cardio Jam will give you the benefits of cardiovascular exercise whilst improving your co-ordination.  Be assured of two things - firstly, you will sweat in this class! And secondly, you will leave the class with great satisfaction of an exceptional workout. Cardio Jam is a welcoming and fun class suitable for all ages and abilities.

CircuitBlitz
Circuit Blitz training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. The class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use skipping ropes, boxing moves, free weights, and we know our instructors will probably throw in a little healthy competition! Always expect the unexpected as this classes is crammed with lots of variety and full of fun! At Circuit Blitz you can either pace yourself or go the limit in this super workout. Improve your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. This is one of the most fun ways to get fit – and it’s suitable for all levels of fitness. No matter where you’re starting from, Circuit Blitz will help you get stronger, tougher, and fitter.

Kettle Blast!
Training with Kettlebells produces phenomenal levels of fitness and strength which is why their use wasoriginally almost exclusive to the military and martial artists such as boxerswho require such attributes. The results of a kettlebell program are unrivalledby many other training methods, as well as the gains in strength and fitness, they lead to a finely toned and non bulky physique, something which is highly desirable to many. In Kettle Blast!, you will be taken through many different exercises,progressing from a beginner level through to more advanced techniques at a pacecomfortable to you, and before long you will understand the reason for the nameof the class as you explode into action in one of the most fun and rewardingtraining methods around. Kettlebells were a training tool first used by the Russian Military for hundreds of years ago before spreading to the West. Their use involves almost every part of the body simultaneously whether for stabilization or to generate the power needed to perform the exercises.

Today their growing success in the main stream market is in part due to their recognition as one of the greatest calorie burners and generators of functional strength. The exertion of a kettlebell workout and the fact that hundreds of muscles are recruited to perform the exercises mean that the body’s metabolic rate is increased for hours after each workout and hence their phenomenal calorie burning potential. By functional strength, we mean strength gains which aid people carrying out their everyday activities such as walking around without getting back pain, walking up stairs, lifting things and getting in and out of cars. It is also common for their use to result in improved posture due to the development of the core and all the finer supporting muscles often missed by other forms of training. The excercises really teach the body to work in harmony to produce maximum power output, which is why their use has so many benefits in everyday life.

MFB Pump
MFB Pump is a great 45 minute class. Using a combination of weights, calisthenics and a cardio circuits you'll be pushed to your limit, while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Are you tough enough? After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a much needed cool-down and stretch. Get serious in this no-nonsense MFB Pump training class that focuses on form, muscle conditioning and endurance. See you soon!
