The My Fitness Boutique experience. My Fitness Boutique (MFB) was founded in 2009 by entrepreneur Mark Dressekie, who have been looking to build a fitness facility in West Hampstead, London, NW6 for some time. Unlike other gyms and fitness centres you only pay for what you use! My Fitness Boutique; the no membership, no contract, simply fitness gym!
MFB is attractive to local capable people looking for great ways to get fit, strengthen and push their physical bodies. Through a selection of exciting group classes we offer spinning, pilates and yoga, Circuits, Boxercise, MFB Pump and other great popular exercises. Our mixture of general fitness class styles are designed to maximise cardio and core stability. Our superb instructors do not want to be anyone's instructor; they want to share their experience and expertise to help you build fitness, strength and flexibility.
My Fitness Boutique is a small but friendly urban facility with classes no bigger than 12-16 participants. MFB operates its studios within the successful rooms for hire facility The Rooms Above. Today, The Rooms Above provides 7 rooms for hire by the hour for Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, Counsellors, Singers and other creative / holistic clients. Please note MFB does not have a gym area with only machines.

Our superb loyal instructors focus on body areas that are the most used typically the tightest and most injury prone areas; knees, hips, lower back and shoulders. Each week we typically offer 38 PAYG classes; packed with movement from start to finish to give you a great workout, build stamina, strength and flexibility! Based in West Hampstead, London, NW6, My Fitness Boutique offers a range of exciting, innovative classes for everyone! We are open 6am to 10pm x 7 days per week.
