Experience the excellent combination of pumping upbeat music and  unique workout classes to get a great fitness workout with powerful results. Spinning classes can strengthen the heart and lungs, burn calories, lower total cholesterol, decrease stress, reduce the risk of some diseases and improve quality of life.

Spinlates! Spinlates is a unique workout that combines 25 minutes of Spinning to burn calories before the class moves to a next door studio for 30 minutes of Pilates to stretch and strengthen muscles throughout the body. The style of Spinning taught is a new method our instructor Tarik Francis "tk" has created called 'Spin TTT'. The style of Pilates that will be used is stretching and strengthening of all muscles. This is a special method that allows you to keep burning calories up to 36 hours after you stop working-out!
