Zumba® with Body Conditioning
In addition to our regular Zumba® class why not mix it up a little and shimmy away those pounds with 30 minutes of calorie burning Zumba® PLUS 30 minutes of mat-based body conditioning exercises to tone, strengthen and stretch. You'll get all the fun and benefits of a Zumba® fitness class plus the bonus of muscular strength and endurance exercises focusing on legs, bums and tums! This class does everything!
