I am a high energy, positive and smiley instructor, who is passionate about helping people change their lives. I changed my unhealthy lifestyle and overweight body and that bought me to fitness.
After finishing a Bachelor in Sports Science back in Portugal (2014), I started to teach group exercise classes, beginning with the basic Aerobics, Step, Conditioning, Circuits, Bootcamp and HIIT, and quickly got involved in other training, such as Pilates and Zumba. In 2015, after moving to London, I finished her Level 3 Personal Training qualification and other specializations such as Barre, BodyBalance and TRX. With 4 years of experience in the field, I have taught all sorts of classes, including Aqua and 50+.
From high-intensity sessions for weight loss or muscle gain, to calm Barre and BodyBalance classes, or even the fun of Zumba, there is space for all sorts of goals and tastes.
All my classes are loud, fun, sweaty and designed to be easy to follow, achievable but challenging to ensure they push you to your limits.
All my classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are adaptable to suit someone completely new to fitness or someone who has been attending classes for years.
I am an instructor that can completely relate to someone who is maybe looking to lose weight or get into fitness for the first time as I didn’t always have a passion for fitness. I have had my own battles with weight and I am still on my own journey to my ultimate goal to the healthiest I can be. Due to my own journey, it has made me passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and you will leave any of my classes feeling elated, triumphant and very sweaty. If I can do it you can too.
I teach a number of high energy classes at My Fitness Boutique including Zumba, Spinning, Circuits and Pump and more to energetic, empowering and motivational (loud) music.

An extremely enthusiastic personal trainer with a proven ability to help individuals achieve their goals! Over the past 6 years, I’ve had an amazingly successful track record of evaluating clients physical fitness, understanding their needs and developing practical and achievable workout routines to reach targets. Other then one to one training I love to make creative and challenging workouts whilst still being fun and always different for a big group class, whether it be spinning or a circuit class!
