Welcome to the My Fitness Boutique experience!
My Fitness Boutique (MFB) was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs Mark Dressekie and Michael Nash who have been looking to build a fitness facility in West Hampstead, London, NW6 for some time. Unlike other gyms and fitness centres you only pay for what you use!
My Fitness Boutique; is the no membership, no contract, simply fitness gym!
MFB is attractive to local people looking for great cost effective ways to get fit, strengthen and push their bodies. Through a selection of exciting group classes MFB offers spinning, pilates and yoga, Circuits, Boxercise, MFB Pump and other great popular exercises. Our heady mixture of general fitness class styles are designed to maximise cardio and core stability. Our superb friendly instructors do not want to be anyone's instructor; they want to share their experience and expertise to help you build fitness, strength and flexibility. PLUS we offer regular Weight Loss, Nutrition and Fitness Programs!
My Fitness Boutique is a small but friendly urban facility with classes no bigger than 12-16 participants. MFB operates its studios within the successful rooms for hire facility The Rooms Above. Today, The Rooms Above provides 7 rooms for hire by the hour for Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, Counsellors, Singers and other creative / holistic clients. Why not experience MFB first hand and its unique state of the art exercise classes. Our superb instructors focus on body areas that are the most used typically the tightest and most injury prone areas; knees, hips, lower back and shoulders. Each week we typically offer over 38 PAYG classes; packed with movement from start to finish to give you a great workout, build your stamina, strength and flexibility! Join us today at My Fitness Boutique for some hard work, lots of fun, and meet other like-minded people using quality PAYG classes to improve your athletic performance. Please note MFB does not have a gym area with only fitness machines.
Based in West Hampstead, North West London, NW6 (Jubilee and Overland train lines), My Fitness Boutique provides an entensive range of innovative classes for everyone! We are open 7 days per week from 6am to 10pm.
